What people ask before they sign up
What counts as one configured product?+
One row in your CPQ Builder admin product list — typically one storefront SKU that customers configure. Maestro III and Modesto are two separate configured products even if they share components, because each has its own option tree.
What counts as one webshop?+
One `website` record inside your Odoo instance. Many manufacturers run a single Odoo with two or three storefronts (.nl + .com + .de). Each storefront publishing a CPQ Builder product counts.
Does the Odoo Custom plan add to the price?+
Odoo's Custom-plan fee is paid to Odoo directly, separate from CPQ Builder. We need that plan because Odoo's external JSON-RPC API is gated to it.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days on Starter, no card required. You set up the connection, configure your first product, and try the storefront swap end-to-end. Cancel any time during the trial.
What's included beyond the tier?+
Every tier ships the full configurator engine, the BOM-on-confirm flow, and the per-tenant admin (sync log, dashboard, route health, install button). Tier-specific extras are the picker modals, support hours, and SLA commitments.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes, up or down. Going up is immediate. Going down takes effect at the next billing cycle so existing configured products stay published until then.
Do you charge per configuration?+
No per-cart and no per-order fee — your customers configure as many times as they want. Cost scales only with what you publish (products × webshops).
How do you bill?+
Annual billing in EUR via invoice (~20 % off the monthly rate). Monthly billing in EUR via card. Enterprise can be quoted in USD or GBP.
